How can I activate a Free Trial.?

Click here to activate the 14-day Free Trial of the Smart Trainer LMS.

Can I change my Training Package of Smart Trainer any time.?

Yes Simply click on Upgrade my Training icon on your Smart Trainer.

How does the Free Trial work.?

All Smart Trainer Free Trial Accounts last for the duration of 14 days. At any time you may purchase a monthly or yearly Smart Trainer package.

If I have subscribed to a paid package in the past what happens if I do not renew it.?

Your Smart Trainer will be deactivated, however we guarantee 6 months data retention.

What is a active user.?

An active user is any Admin, Manager or Trainee who signs in.Once a active user is active there is no limit to the number of times they can sign in.

What happens if I exceed my monthly active user limit.?

Simply click Add a User on your Smart Trainer and you will be billed $5.00 per person per month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

There’s no setup fee or credit card required to trial Smart Trainer for 14 days. When you’re ready to upgrade your account we accept payment via Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.

How can I terminate the Smart Trainer Licence.?

Simply Activate the UNSUBSCRIBE on your Smart Trainer.

How long is the licence period for.?

The licence period is for one year.

How can I become a Dealer.?

You can sign up as a Dealer on the web site , once we have approved you, we will send you all the legal documentation and then the Dealer Console to begin being a Partner to start business.

How will I manage my customers once I am a Dealer.?

Once we have sent you the Dealer Console you can add new customers, activate, deactivate, and delete any customer at any time.

Will I have complete access to my customers data.?

Yes you will have total control of your data base off the Dealer Console.

How will my customers pay and I receive commission.?

Customers can pay via Pay Pal payments, Visa , Bank direct debit which are all available. Dealer will be paid off the Dealer Console payment icon.

Do I have to pay for a free demo.?

No this is absolutely Free.

Do I have to purchase after a Demo.?

Not at all, no sales pitch. We will ensure we can meet your training needs.
